re: APPROVED - My Application for Casual Raider Status

I tried filling out the application, but since I'm already a forum member it jumped straight to "Step 5 of 5: You're already a member of Judgement". So, here is my application for upgrading my status from Casual (friend of Morgh/Gwen) to Casual Raider.
Thank you for your consideration.
Name : Scaurus
Game : World of Warcraft
Server : US - Lothar
Level : 85
Gender : Male
Faction : Horde
Race : Undead
Class : Warlock
Spec 1 : Destruction
Spec 2 : Demonology (untested, never used)

Tell us about yourself. How old are you and what do you do, for example.: I manage a mail/copy center for a non-profit organization. Other than that, I play WoW and D&D.
What previous guild were you a member of and why are you looking to change guilds?:
The Q, Mentat, Serenity Moon, SRS BIZ, Fallen, Mission Accomplished, Nemesis (aka Vortex after a misguided transfer to the Executus server before transferring back) and Judgement (as a casual). I’m not looking to change guilds (I’m already a member) but applying for a change in my raid status from “casual” to “casual raider” and hopefully, someday, to “raider”.
What do you feel you can offer Judgement? Why should we pick you? (Please get creative. Do not write 1 sentence and do not write generic things like, "I'm a good player, learn fast, and I come with consumables."): Comedy relief and someone to make other, mediocre raiders look better? No … that’s not right. I am the weapon you need. Give me a direction and a target. It will die. I will read the strats, watch the videos, ask questions when I don’t know the answer. I may not get it on the first try, but I’ll keep coming back. I’ll get frustrated. I’ll get angry. I’ll get over it. We’ll succeed.
And, to quote Richard: I. Like. To. Kill. Things.
List one or two things that you think contributes most to a raid's success.: Multi-tasking and situational awareness (being able to keep track of timers, rotation, your location, target’s location and where the places NOT to stand are). The ability to let minor setbacks wash off your back and to pick up, realize what went wrong, correct the problem and get through.
Describe your raiding experience and list the content you have completed. Be specific about your raiding accomplishments, including any hardmodes you've completed.: BC: Karazhan, Gruul’s Lair, Magtheredon (although no achieve for it for some reason)
Wrath: VoA completed, Naxx completed, Ulduar 10-man up through Vezax (with a few hard modes), ToC completed, ICC 10-man completed, ICC 25-man (7/12), OS 3D (never got the drake though)
Cataclysm: Baradin Hold – Argaloth
What has been your favorite raid encounter you've faced and why? : Usually it is the one I’m currently working on. But historically, I would say the Lich King encounter in ICC. It was a hard fight that we threw ourselves into over and over. It was intense and complex like few, if any, fights we had ever seen before.
List any alts that you play to help us in contacting you.:
Darshu, Mogadore, Fumblez, Zevon
Please provide any links from WWS / WoWMeterOnline / World of Logs parse for fights to assist us in better understanding your abilities. : I am writing this at work and don’t have access to these (stupid firewall).
We raid progression content Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings from 7:15pm to 10:30pm. Can you commit to 75% of that time?:
Yes

Despite the fact that you quoted Richard from LFG I just don't know if I want another scrub lAck in our raid group. Besides killing things, do you have any other useful skills? Like cooking, cleaning, bartending, juggling sharp pointy objects?? Especially the last one, that would be hilarious.
And how do we know you won't stand in bad things? I think a real life demonstration is in order.
