One thing that you should know, is that there are at least 5-8 people that are waiting in line to get into the raid everyday.. With new content coming out every 2 weeks, it does not look like this will change anytime soon.

I would ask if he could log in PVE gear, as I'd like to take a look.
I'm curious as to the choice of Deflection over Imp Heroic Strike. As well as the choice of Second Wind (Is this a PVP or PVE spec) without any benefit in the fury tree (Imp Demo or Com. Pressence).

He has two pieces of Sanctified tier 10, and a few off set ICC pieces along with TOC gear, if I remember correctly. He is very well geared. As for his talent point allocations, I'll leave that up to you.
