Interface question

As you can see i have condensed my UI somewhat and no longer have the SCt rainbow to get in my way, i am rather pleased with with my current setup, the only thing i don't like and would want is the chatframe blackout as seen on Matt's video. if anyone could tell me the best mod to obtain this feature without having to totally redo my UI that would be great, want something lightweight that allows me to see chat regardless of surroundings. I am currently only using ; x-perl, CT buff mod, pallypower, grid, recount, fubar, DBM, ORA2, and omen. Also a better combat text would be nice, it is hard to keep up with damage, both outgoing and incoming, with just the Blizz text.

*in this shot i have the camera pointed up to see incoming, it is alot more clear when i am at top angle, of course.

You can do it in the WoW interface. Just right-click the chat tab and there is a background color box somewhere. Click it and set the transparency to 0.

ahhah, that saves me some time and headache, although i like the way it is solid throughout on others frames, even through bars. more then likely will just stick with this until i completely revamp again, yay patches.

CT_ViewPort is what makes the bottom section of my screen black. View port scales down the video output to a specified size.
