I am seeking an end game raiding guild that is serious enough to complete instances. I show up, i take the time to do the math behind figureing best dps possible for my char. i play to win and bring all flask and pots and ammo or food needed for raids.
We raid progression content Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings at 7:00pm server. Can you commit to 75% of that time?:

Gear's not bad - couple AP gems but not horrible. Spec's ok- Couple points I'd change, but that's just me.

My buddy Striph!!!!! I was in premade with him and he knows his shit! The two of us were always complaining about how disorganized premade was and he out DPSed everyone almost religiously. I'll find an old WWS report if you'd like to see it. His thinking always was when were in premade, "I play my 25 hours or so a week and if I can read all my strats, have all my mats for everything... why is it so hard for everyone else?" He's a great guy and a good player. Definitely recommend!!

I think it's just a matter of him grouping with some guildies and seeing how he stacks up in dps. Since we don't have any other information.

First let me say that I really appreciate how the Raiders in our guild are starting to take interest in our application process. I think it a very beneficial thing for our recruitment staff to have more input on a personal level than what we can only hope to get from the application questions we have made.
Then I say: go for it. If you guys want to get a Heroic going with this applicant (or any others) and give us your personal insight, then by all means, please do. We would love your input.
