Also, spelling and grammar are part of your application. Punctuation and sentence completion (comma, period, CORRECT spelling), are just as important as your experience and gear. It also makes reading your application a pain in the junk when you type like this:

Put some actual thought into the application. Remember, you are communicating with potential guildies. Show us that you are the type of person we want to join our ranks.

He tried so hard to have good grammar by putting the comma after "Lol". He even capitalized the L in it! But alas, Lol is not a part of correct grammar. Lmao however, is. LMAO
