FYI, proper punctuation and spelling is a MUST when you apply to a guild. This is your resume. It's our first impression of you. You wouldn't go into a potential employer with misspelled words and bad punctuation on your resume.
We are no different & deserve the same courtesy.

Is the grammar police really that bad ? 
My bad, grammar isn't exactly my highest priority especially when it come to the internet.
Didn't really quit the guilds more like they fell apart when I was there. Hallus been shaky since ragos and his crew quit and now more people are quitting cause of the lack of attendance in the raids.

The "grammar police" really are "that bad" in this guild.
And pretty much we want to see your dps in a fight, aka the parse logs. So if you have any logs showing what you did dps-wise we need to see them. Someone could say "Oh yea, I totally do 6k dps!", and then find out they really do 2k. And saying that you are skilled and know your class, are relative terms.

This is the shit that pisses me off. I don't have to write well because this is the internet bullshit. People can't see you face to face so what you have to say, how you say it and in this case how you type it out conveys a lot about you. To type like a lazy illiterate moron makes you seem like just that. Do you REALLY want people to think of you as a lazy illiterate moron or do you want others to have some form of respect for you? If you don't have respect for others to convey your thoughts in a well thought out manner, then you don't deserve respect from others. If you sit there and say, "I don't care what people think about me." you are full of complete bullshit if you can't answer this question honestly, "If you went out in public, would you dress like you've been homeless for year, unshowered with teeth unbrushed or would you wear clean clothes, shower and clean up?" If you answer the latter, you DO care about what others think and you want to look good for YOU. A good presentation on the internet is that shower and clean clothes that we can't see.
