What I look for is a guild that is willing to bleed for progression and not complain or goof off during progression raids. A guild that will not completely degrade someone if they screw up once, but a place with at least decently skilled people. You can expect me to shut up and do my job. And I in turn expect to be told if I'm not pulling my weight. I do take raiding as serious as one can take a video game, but I play because I like to and most of all to have fun.
We raid progression content Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings at 7:00pm server. Can you commit to 75% of that time?:

What guild did you complete 3 drakes with? Blight hasn't done it yet. I also don't see the 3 drake achievement on regular or Heroic?

there also slightly undergeared which isn't that big of a deal. However i do have a few questions.
For your helm you have 25sp/2% bonus to int. ( you would be better off using the 21int chance on cast to restore mana meta gem).
I can understand why you put the 27crit gem since you overall crit percentage is low, but I am still wondering why you chose that over the 27int.
Your chest you have a 32 sp gem - always stack int over spell power because int gives us sp, %crit and mana.
For your trinket you have (2) 8int/3mp5 - mp5 is useless, since all of our mana regen is through our spells critting. I would recommend putting either 16int or int/crit gems here.
Also you have no minor glyphs?
Your spec looks pretty good overall, but i would suggest picking up SoB and only having two points in Divinity. We already over heal enough and the extra 3% to crit is nice.
Anyways it would be nice to have another holy paladin.
