Any news? I haven't heard anything from him and he hasn't responded to the application AFAIK.

I like how he talks about stunning Cho'Gall's adds...

Dear warlAck,

Your application is well put together, I just have one critical question for you:

Are you willing to do mage laundry, wash mage cars, do mage grocery shopping, buy scotch for mages, farm mats for mages, pick up mage dry cleaning and defer all loot to mages?

Just kidding of course... you could outsource these duties to Tubi or Phy Happy

This might be picky, but isn't crit a higher priority for Destro than haste? I don't know as much about my warlock as I should, but I'm pretty sure I remember that one.

What kind of dps are you typically putting out, on what fights?

Are you committed to exterminating Mages at every opportunity?

We do need more ranged though, but a full time raid spot might not be available immediately.

Need Tubi and/or Phy's input.

Very solid application. Your hit rating is very similar to Tubi's (I'm certain there is a reason warlock's don't have the total hit cap).

Despite the fact that you are a lAck, I certainly wouldn't mind giving you a try. We are in need of more ranged dps.

We could definitely use more Warlocks (Quiet, Vite) and your application looks good. Thank you for taking the time to respond to our questions eloquently It is most appreciated. As far as your gear goes, it looks competent. I'm left wondering why you're at 16.3% hit rating? If I recall correctly, boss hit cap requirements are 17% for spells.

Otherwise, I think a tryout is in order.

Tell us about yourself. How old are you and what do you do, for example.:
My name is Patrick, I am 20 years old and I am a student. I hope to start raiding, as well as PvP. I play hockey in the summer, and I work in Toronto at the Rogers Center as a cook in one of the restaurants.

What previous guild were you a member of and why are you looking to change guilds?:
I just transferred over with some friends, and I am looking for a guild that has good raid times, success, and friendly-ish people, . I was invited to El Toro Loco for the time being, but I am unsure about their group and raid times.

What do you feel you can offer Judgement? Why should we pick you? (Please get creative. Do not write 1 sentence and do not write generic things like, "I'm a good player, learn fast, and I come with consumables."):
Consistency, a sense of humor, and once I get comfortable / acquainted with people I can be good for cracking jokes and making things light. I like to compete a lot, so everyone should watch out! I'm kinda kidding, but really I like to see big numbers and successful runs so yeah. Also, I am Canadian, so I drink beer all the time and Americans seem to get along well with me, haha.

List one or two things that you think contributes most to a raid's success.:
Organization - from consumables, to understanding the fights and knowing how to adapt.

Consistency / Commitment - Important that people build some kind of chemistry with each other. It happens over time but its like sports, if you know what your team is going to do or how they play, you play well with them and have good success.

Describe your raiding experience and list the content you have completed. Be specific about your raiding accomplishments, including any hardmodes you've completed.:
Would have to check my armory, but for cataclysm I've cleared cho'gall on BOT, everyone except nef and chimerion in BWD, and conclave in throne4w.

What has been your favorite raid encounter you've faced and why? :
Cho'gall was sweet. I love that fight because of how important it is to kill his adds. I play destruction so it was fun to stun all of the slimes when needed, it really helped my group get them killed.

List any alts that you play to help us in contacting you.:
Everlong, 85 druid. I'm farming him some resto gear through chain heroics, going to pvp on him soon too.

Please provide any links from WWS / WoWMeterOnline / World of Logs parse for fights to assist us in better understanding your abilities. :
I don't think I've been raiding long enough to have this. I could link my armory if needed. If anything just ask me questions I will do my best to answer.

We raid progression content Sunday through Wednesday evenings from 7:15pm to 10:30pm. Can you commit to 75% of that time?:
Yes
