Tell us about yourself. How old are you and what do you do, for example.:
I'm 28 and I'm a computer technician/programmer for a school district in PA.

What previous guild were you a member of and why are you looking to change guilds?:
Dread Guard (Sargeras), Dust to Dust (Detheroc), Obvious Assassin (Detheroc), No Remorse (Mannoroth/Lothar), and Judgement. I'm not looking to change guilds because I'm happy as a little clam. Except for that Steve guy. He sucks. =P


What do you feel you can offer Judgement? Why should we pick you? (Please get creative. Do not write 1 sentence and do not write generic things like, "I'm a good player, learn fast, and I come with consumables."):
I can be a leader when needed, I'm good in the deeps and in the tonks. I am always trying to improve and dedicate as much time as I can inside and outside of the game to do so. I'm always running spreadsheets and whatnot looking for new ways to improve.

List one or two things that you think contributes most to a raid's success.:
People keeping focus and not being bad. I feel that the largest contributor to success is communication; People speaking out when they notice a how we can improve on an encounter.

Describe your raiding experience and list the content you have completed. Be specific about your raiding accomplishments, including any hardmodes you've completed.:
Everything since vanilla wow up until sunwell/black temple/hyjal as I took a break from wow then and only barely experienced a few of the fights. All hardmodes in Ulduar 10-man have been completed as well as ToC's 10-man Insanity. Most hard modes in 25-man ulduar also completed, just need Freya, Vezax and Yogg.

What has been your favorite raid encounter you've faced and why? :
Vaelastrasz in with ragnaros as a close second. I think both of those fights were very intense fights that presented a large hurdle for many guilds and was such a huge feeling of success once they were defeated.

We raid progression content Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings from 7:15pm to 10:30pm. Can you commit to 75% of that time?:
Yes
